Refunds will be issued in cases of incorrect or missing items only. Pictures of incorrect items may be required. Missing items MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of us being notified, at which time a new transaction can be placed for a new item - no replacements will be sent.

 

Orders for in stock items will be processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends, holidays (to include the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas and New Year's Eve) shipped within 48 hours. If an item is found to be out of stock after your purchase, you will be contacted via email. All orders are shipped via First Class USPS. **Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged by USPS.**
